Situated at 1600, Blvd du Souvenir in Laval, Résidences Étudiantes Montmorency offers you a comfortable and welcoming accommodation, in an ideal environment to study. We have three different types of bright studios fit to suit your lifestyle: A single occupancy apartment, a dual bedroom apartment, and a semi-private apartment.

 

All studios are fully furnished and well-equipped. In every unit’s kitchen, you will find a stove, fridge, and much more. The bathrooms include a shower or bathtub and a vanity with storage space. All rooms offer you cozy beds, large closets, and a generous amount of workspace.
